M
y time in Boston was split in various locations shooting urban cityscapes and people. It is something that is such a departure from landscapes and rural Images due to the pitch of action and multitude of subjects. It took awhile to settle into the cadence of the city.
Must be similar when Peyton Manning moved up from Tennessee Vols to the Colts and he said that he needed to adapt to the speed of play, when his timing would speed up and he could read the field better, when things became slower, he had the basic skills, techniques and training, but it takes time to adapt.
My little friend here, Kian, must have felt the same way. Back in his house, Kian was in his element. But under the large chocolate brown canopy of the Trinity church, with this 6’4″ guy, scrunched up on the ground in front of him, following his every movement, this was really rattling his repose.
It was only when his mobile comfort zone reached out to stabilize his innocent, that Kian relaxed, then gazed into the lens with a bit of solace and inquirer that we had his Image.

this little boy is the CUTEST. kinda reminds me of this little fluff..

Hello,
S&S
I am very pleased that you like the Image of your son, it is also becoming
one of my favorites. Your son’s face and expression is so mesmerizing, he
must be a wonderful joy in your life, thank you so very much for allowing me
to take his Image and also Dad’s hand :…it made the shot that more
endearing…. I thought a long time about the title, not many people will
understand the meaning, I am glad you understand and liked it ! ….So very glad
you made comment and contacted me, I was hoping you would remember….
I unfortunately did not recall your son’s name, if you don’t mind, if you could
send me his first name, I would like to edit the post and include his name
His name is Kian….
Fritz, Happy New Year to you, too! Our families and friends love this photo as well. Keep up the good work!!
