You know when I first started this Website based on a generic challenge from Moose that photographers have an opportunity to to share Images and not hoard them on HDD’s, I wasn’t even thinking if anyone would show up. I was simply going to meet the challenge and “Build my Field of Dreams” and got into researching and doing, to go from a website ID name to going live.
So here WE are, with only one week of info, we have a STAT-MAP of the world and how YOU have virtually visited this field.
At the workshop that I attended, Moose spoke of the thrill of selling your first print, or seeing your image in a newspaper or print and that only 1% or only a handful of photographers will be able to feel that combined sense of satisfaction and fear to make that leap to that next level.
I think I’ll add the thrill of seeing someone from Russia, Australia, USAF Acadamy, Alaska, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Isreal, Southeast Asia or ‘Prez’ here in upstate NY making the effort to visit your site to Moose’s media list.
No one can do things in a vacuum, there are lots of people to thank,
- in my Photo world, it’s Moose, RC, NAPP, Kelby Training, Prez,
- in my WWW world, Go-Daddy, StudioPress, PhotoShelter,
- in my Photogear world, Adorama’s Jeff Synder, Think Tank Pro Doug Murdock.
- in my MacWorld, Llyod Chambers, OWC
- and closer to home my friends, family and daughter, Madeline (who I think is the most naturally gifted, innovative People and Image making photographer I’ve seen plus a hell of a nice teenager)
- and YOU…355 visits from 27 countries..it is an amazing thing…
Thanks…..
To be continued…..

Fritz,
Your site is always a pleasure to visit. Your images are spectacular. Im sure if you keep it up with the site, the traffic will improve exponentially…

I enjoy your ever evolving site and reading the comments that you’re receiving daily. It’s going to be a labor of love to keep it current but it seems like you’ve got a handle on it already. If you love photography a tenth as much as I do and enjoy sharing your experiences behind a viewfinder, this will be a very popular “oasis” within a short time(with a ton of hits). Keep us wanting to come back to it everyday! Keep up the good work.
