My favorite brick and mortar storefront, ATLEX.com, for buying paper, released an announcement that Epson is doing a 2′FER thru March 31st…..on their Signature worthy media,(including the wonderful new Hot Press papers .
You may have missed the rebate news but here is a chance to check it out and you may be interested. The paper has won excelleent reviews and feedback from the pro’s and I’ve been keeping tabs on who’s saying what……so up to now I’ve gone with the Exhibition fiber and Ultrasmooth fine art…..but I’m really wanting to check out all the fuss over Hot Press Bright….and my 3880 Epson UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta ink set……
Last month Epson had a 50% off on their signature sample pack, which I took delivery of,,,,I think I’ll break into it and try a few prints with the Hot Press Bright….
Also, by the way, Atlex, sells the epson printer line. They have the 3880 with a $200 rebate thru 3/31..putting the price at $1,000, (did you know the ink set is $450)…the Epson site with rebate is $1,200……where would you go ? Atlex usually has the best prices, and no one really knows about these guys…it is a secret I guess…..shhh go save some money, but comparison shop, the big NY stores are very competitive and also have deals which include free shipping……..
