[dropcap]O[/dropcap]ur workshop was just getting started and we wanted to steer clear of the craziness of the World Series Parade. However, the city was abuzz with thousands of fans looking for access points on the parade routes. There is a layer of activity in the city that has to support that top layer, and that is services likes cops, cleaners, and vendors.
